How We Keep These Terms Credible and Current

probo app reviews its Terms & Conditions on a rolling basis to reflect changes in Pakistani payment infrastructure, platform features and regional access rules. Our policy team documents each revision with a...

Version-Dated Revisions

Every update to these terms carries a visible effective date. You can compare the current version against prior editions through the policy archive linked at the bottom of this page.

Plain-Language Summaries

Each section opens with a plain summary so you understand the obligation before reading the full clause. We wrote these summaries specifically for a Pakistani audience using clear, direct English.

Local Payment Accuracy

References to JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast are reviewed whenever those payment rails update their own policies, ensuring our conduct rules stay aligned with how those services actually work.

Compliance Desk Review

Our internal compliance desk evaluates these terms quarterly. Any clause that has generated more than five formal disputes in a review period is flagged for rewriting or clarification.

Dispute Record Transparency

When a terms dispute is resolved, the outcome and the relevant clause number are logged. Patterns in disputes inform how we rewrite ambiguous sections in the next scheduled revision cycle.

Jurisdiction-Specific Wording

Access and conduct clauses use Pakistani jurisdiction language throughout. Wording such as 'where local law permits' and 'supported regions' is intentional and legally reviewed for the Pakistan market.

How These Terms Align Across Our Policy Pages

Our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Payment Conduct rules share a common framework. This section shows you how key obligations remain consistent across each document...

Account Eligibility
Identical eligibility language appears in both these Terms and our Privacy Policy — one standard applies everywhere your data and account conduct intersect.
Payment Conduct Rules
Rules governing JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transactions are mirrored in our Payment Conduct page with added step-by-step context but the same binding obligations.
Data Handling Reference
Where these Terms reference personal data, they point directly to the Privacy Policy clause rather than restating it, avoiding contradictory wording between the two documents.
Regional Access Clause
The 'where local law permits' and 'supported regions' language used here matches the identical phrase in our Cookie Policy so your access rights are stated uniformly.
Amendment Notification
All policy pages share the same amendment procedure: effective date published, in-app notification issued, and a 7-day window for account-holders to review before the change binds them.
Dispute Resolution Path
The live-chat, email and in-app ticket channels described here are the same channels referenced in every sibling policy document — one process handles all policy-related disputes.
Governing Language
All probo app policy pages are written and governed in English (en-PK). In any conflict between a translated summary and the English text, the English version of these Terms prevails.

Plain-Language Clause Summaries

Each clause opens with a one-sentence plain summary in bold, followed by the full legal wording. This dual-layer format means you understand the intent before committing to the detail below it.

Common Questions About These Terms & Conditions

These Terms become binding the moment you complete your account registration on probo app. By submitting your registration, you confirm you have read and accepted every clause as it appears on that date.

We issue an in-app notification and, where possible, an email alert before any amendment takes effect. The revised Terms are posted with a new effective date at least seven days before the changes bind existing accounts.

The conduct obligations are the same regardless of which payment rail you use. Specific processing timelines for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast are detailed in the Payment Conduct section rather than creating separate rule sets.

We may restrict, suspend or close your account depending on the nature of the breach. You will receive written notice citing the specific clause number, and you have the right to dispute that decision through our formal complaints process.

If you do not accept a material change, you should close your account before the new effective date. Continued use of your account after that date is treated as acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

These Terms are written and governed in English (en-PK). Plain-language summaries are provided within each clause to aid comprehension, but the English text is the governing version in any dispute or interpretation query.

The regional access clause is in the Account Eligibility section of these Terms. It uses the phrase 'where local law permits' to define the scope, and you can reach it directly via the anchor links at the top of this page.
